Seun Are-Ajayi
Founder & CEO
Seun Are-Ajayi is the visionary behind Rock City Academy and Beulah Education Foundation (an NGO) both established with the core belief that every child deserves access to quality, values-driven education that prepares them for life, not just exams.
With a background in Law LLB (Hons) London, Pg Dip LPC, LLM, Seun Are-Ajayi is a lawyer by profession and a teacher by vocation. He has PGCE (Literacy/ESOL), MA Applied Linguistics (TESOL) & Univeristy of Cambridge CELTA Certificate.
Seun Are-Ajayi has over 15 years of experience in the field of education. Seun Are-Ajayi is a British Council-Certified Counsellor and an education consultant/Agent. His approach blends both British and Nigerian curricula, and matches them with academic excellence and personal development.

Mr. Koya Adams

I am Adams Olalekan Adekoya, a Business Administration graduate from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, with a Professional Diploma in Education.
As a registered teacher with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, I am passionate about identifying and nurturing young potentials, guiding learners to unlock their strengths and achieve excellence.
Combining strong academic foundations with a deep commitment to education, I strive to inspire, mentor, and shape future leaders who will make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.
Ms. Ade Adeniran, MSc, CIPP/E
Chief Compliance Officer
Ms. Ade Adeniran is the Chief Strategic Compliance Officer at our school, where she plays a vital role in ensuring that every aspect of our operations meets the highest standards of legal, regulatory, and safeguarding compliance—in Nigeria, the UK and internationally.
With a Master’s degree in Education Policy and Leadership and professional certification in data protection (CIPP/E), Ms Ade Adeniran brings extensive experience in managing compliance within multicultural and cross-border school environments.
She works closely with senior leadership to align school policies with Nigeria, UK educational law, maintaining international safeguarding standards, and global accreditation requirements.
