Lecturer Hiring Criteria

Must have:
  • Proven A-Level teaching record, OR
  • 2:1+ degree in subject area (Science/Computer Science Streams, Business & Social Sciences)
  • Strong past questions familiarity
  • Examiner report literacy
Desirable:
  • IGCSE teaching background
  • Familiarity with UK-style pedagogy
